Welcome to Sunshine Dog Training & Behavior (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These Terms govern all sales of digital products, virtual training sessions, and in-home services.

1. Digital Products

Sunshine Dog Training & Behavior sells digital items including downloadable PDFs, training plans, and instructional resources.

  • All digital products are delivered instantly via email or secure download.

  • Due to the nature of digital access, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Users may not reproduce, resell, or share digital products without express written consent.

2. Training Services

We provide:

  • In-home dog training sessions for clients within designated service areas.

  • Virtual training sessions via Zoom or similar platforms.

Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Client must provide accurate contact information and a valid physical address (for in-home visits).

  • Sessions are scheduled through approved booking tools.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the fee.

  • In the event we must cancel, we will reschedule at no additional cost.

Refund Policy for Training Sessions

  • Refunds are not issued for booked training services, whether in-person or virtual.

  • Refunds may be issued only in extenuating circumstances, determined at the sole discretion of Stacy Greer, or authorized team members of Sunshine Dog Training & Behavior.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to stacy@sunshinedog.com and may require documentation.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information (especially for scheduling and billing).

  • Ensure a safe and suitable environment for in-home training.

  • Follow all safety and skill instructions during or after sessions.

4. Payments

  • All payments are processed securely via Shopify or approved third-party processors.

  • All prices are listed in USD.

  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

All site content — including training materials, text, images, and illustrations — are the property of Sunshine Dog Training & Behavior and protected by copyright law.

Users may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute materials for commercial use

  • Use our content in any manner without written permission

6. Disclaimer of Liability

We strive to offer educational and effective dog training support. However:

  • Results are not guaranteed and depend on the individual dog, handler consistency, and environment.

  • We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from use of our services or resources.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws.
