Refund policy


Effective Date: November 6, 2025

We aim to deliver high-quality dog training experiences and helpful digital resources. Here's what you need to know about refunds:


1. Digital Products

All digital product sales are final.
Due to the instant and non-returnable nature of downloads, no refunds will be issued for digital items such as:

  • PDF guides

  • Online course materials

  • Checklists and resource bundles

If a file issue occurs, please email stacy@sunshinedog.com for support.


2. Training Services

Refunds for training sessions (in-home or Zoom) are generally not permitted.

  • Refunds will be granted only in extenuating circumstances, determined solely by Stacy Greer or other authorized team members.

  • Clients must submit any requests in writing to stacy@sunshinedog.com, including relevant details and documentation if applicable.


3. Errors & Mistaken Purchases

If you’ve accidentally purchased the wrong product or booked the wrong service, notify us immediately. Requests made beyond 24 hours may not be accommodated.
