The Puppy Reset is designed for baby puppies and adolescent puppies from about 7 weeks old through 1 year of age. That covers everything from those first chaotic weeks at home through the teenage stage when your previously lovely puppy suddenly seems to have forgotten everything you ever taught them.

Your puppy’s age and developmental stage will always be part of what I consider when deciding what’s realistic, what needs attention now, and what can wait until later.

We can work on puppy biting, potty training, crate struggles, jumping, barking, chewing, stealing things, settling, leash walking, recall, handling and grooming, overexcitement, sleep and naps, alone time, kids + puppies, adolescent regression, household routines, and the general “I have twelve things going wrong and don’t know where to start” problem.

You don’t have to figure out which issue is most important before we meet. Your intake helps me see the whole picture and identify the priorities that are most likely to make everyday life with your puppy easier.

Nope. The Puppy Reset is completely virtual, so I can work with you wherever you live.

We’ll meet privately over Zoom, and you can send videos beforehand so I can see what’s happening in your home when that would be helpful.

I personally review your intake and any videos you submit to make sure The Puppy Reset is the right fit for what you need. You don’t pay anything just to submit the intake. If we’re a good fit, I’ll email you the payment link and scheduling information for your 90-minute Zoom.

Before we meet, I’ll review everything again so I come to the session already familiar with your puppy, your routine, and the problems you want help with—which means we can spend our time together actually working on solutions.

No. Videos are completely optional. But if there’s something that’s difficult to describe—crate behavior, biting, leash walking, interactions with your kids, settling, or anything else—you can send up to four short clips for me to review before we meet. Please don’t intentionally provoke a behavior just to capture it on video.

Yes. You’ll have lifetime access to the recording of your Puppy Reset, so you don’t need to take frantic notes or try to remember every single thing we talk about. You can go back and rewatch any part of the session whenever you need a refresher.

After our session, I’ll send you a personalized written summary of the things we decided actually matter for your puppy right now. You’ll have your clear priorities, recommendations, and next steps all in one place.

Think simple and useful—not a giant new homework packet. It gives you something easy to refer back to once real life resumes and questions start popping up again.

Questions almost always come up once you start putting things into practice, so your Puppy Reset includes 5 follow-up email replies from me to use within 45 days after our session.

Use them for questions, clarification, updates, troubleshooting, or adjustments based on what happens once you start working with your puppy. Each email you send that needs a response counts as one of your five.

You don’t have to start over. Once you’ve completed a Puppy Reset, you can book a 45-minute Puppy Reset Follow-Up for $129 whenever you need another set of eyes on things.

Follow-ups are for existing Reset clients who want to troubleshoot a new issue, review progress, adjust what we’re already doing, or figure out what to focus on next—without purchasing another full Puppy Reset.

Because I already know your puppy and your history, we can jump straight into what’s changed instead of starting from scratch.

If you realize you’d rather have me helping you as puppyhood unfolds, you can apply for Private Puppy Concierge, my highest level of support. It includes eight weeks of ongoing access through private Zooms, text, email, video feedback, and personalized training demonstrations. Concierge is limited to six active families at a time, so availability may vary.

If you upgrade to Private Puppy Concierge within 7 days of your Puppy Reset, I’ll apply your full $287 Reset payment toward your Concierge enrollment.

Not always. Some behavior concerns need more intensive or specialized support than a Puppy Reset is designed to provide. That’s one reason I review your intake before you pay.

If I believe your puppy would be better served by a different type of professional or service, I’ll tell you rather than taking your money for something that isn’t the right fit.

Tell me everything that’s going on in your intake. Part of my job is helping you figure out which things deserve your attention first and which things can wait.

Yes, you’ll need to work with your puppy—there’s no magic wand for raising a puppy. But I’m not interested in filling your day with unnecessary training assignments.

Whenever we can, we’ll work training into things you’re already doing, use management where it makes more sense, and focus deliberate practice on the things that actually need it.
